Aruba, a Caribbean island 15 miles north of the coast of Venezuela. Aruba is divided into the southeast and northwest parts. The southeast has the sand beaches, turquoise seas, and warm waters. The northwest coast, has a few white sand beaches, rough seas with treacherous currents and rocky coastline. Island was discovered in 1499 with Spain sailors. Later was claimed by the Dutch in 1636. Now is autonomous member of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Why to go on this island. First of all for white sand beaches. You can also visit the very known California Lighthouse. Or you can visit Arikok National Park. That was only a few from wide variety of beautiful places of island. Tourism is the mainstay Aruban economy support for tourism is on very good level.
